We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were beyond lovely and went out of their way to make our anniversary special. They even offered to upgrade us to a stunning Bridal suite and surprised us with a bottle of bubbles. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, right next to the famous Doyles Seafood restaurant. We enjoyed breathtaking views of the beach and harbor, and felt like we were in a world of our own. The service here was top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room itself was beautiful and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We also loved the restaurant and bar area, where we enjoyed delicious food and had a great time. This place truly felt like an escape from our usual day to day life.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It is the perfect venue for a luxurious and comfortable stay, offering prime location right on the beach.

The front desk staff, Scott, was friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed with great little touches. The view from our room was lovely, right on the beach with amazing views of the city and bridge. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the dining room where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast overlooking the bay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to everything we wanted to see.

Friendly staff, secure luggage storage, prompt check-in notification, great location, clean hotel, well-maintained furnishings. Rustic wedding venue, helpful and accommodating staff, beautiful views from Harbour Loft Room. Delicious breakfast, homemade yogurt and tasty granola. Impressive fish and chips from Beach Club. Beautiful view, excellent location for a relaxing break.
